in this article they are talking about how u.s. and russia, the only two nations with polar bears are teaming up to help the polar bear. they are considering making a gobal treaty to make greater protection for the polar bears and endangered species. the world polar bear pouplation is between 20,00 to 25,00. the u.s and russia teaming up should help grow this number so there are more polar bears. it is know that the u.s. and russia do not have a great realationship and haven't gone to eye to eye with everything and this will be one of the little of things both nation agree on.

i agree on this treaty is a great idea in helping the polar bears and the endangered species. on the plus side this will help the realationship between the u.s. and russia. there is a very little number of polar bears out there and they are dieing off  because of the climite change.this isnt a  very good thing so we should be doing what we can without spending to much money on this to save the polar bear. one good thing about the team up is we can split the cost this is going to cost us and we dont have to spend as much money as we would if we were doing this by ourselfs. the connection to the class is the treaty. the senate had to approve of the treaty and maybe made it. the senate is the only one who has the power to make a treaty and to  approve of one.
